What we collect
- When you book: your name, phone number, email (optional), the services, date and time you choose, your note to the stylist, and any reference photos you add.
- When you sign in with your email, Google or Apple: only your email address, so we can show you your own bookings. We do not receive your password, contacts or any other account data.
- If you save a card for the no-show / late-arrival policy, it is handled by Square; we do not see or store your card number.
- Simple counts of visits that come from our TikTok / Instagram links (numbers only, nothing about who you are).
How we use it
- To schedule and carry out your appointment, and to contact you about it (for example, a changed time).
- To let you view, change or cancel your bookings in “My bookings”.
- A note written in another language may be machine-translated into Chinese for your stylist.
What we don't do
We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for advertising. It is shared only with the services that run this website (Cloudflare for hosting, Square for saved cards, our email provider for emails, and our SMS provider to deliver texts you agreed to).
Text messages (SMS)
If you tick “I agree to receive booking confirmation, reminder and change texts” when booking, New Fashion Hair Salon will text the phone number you gave about your appointment: a confirmation when you book, a reminder the day before, and notices if your booking changes (about 2–3 messages per booking). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop receiving texts and HELP for help, or call (217) 729-6168. Consent to texts is not a condition of booking. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Keeping and deleting
Booking records are kept as the salon's service history. To see, correct or delete your information, text or call us at (217) 729-6168.
