These terms apply when you book an appointment with New Fashion Hair Salon on this website or agree to receive our text messages.
Booking
- A phone number is required to book; your name and email are optional.
- More than 24 hours before your appointment you can change the time or stylist, or cancel, in “My bookings”.
- Between 4 and 24 hours before, you can only move to an earlier time on the same day. Bookings cannot be cancelled online within 24 hours.
No-show and late arrival
If a card is saved for your booking, a fee may be charged if you do not show up or arrive 15 minutes or more late: 50% of the service price for services under $100, or $50 for services of $100 or more. No money is charged when you book.
SMS Terms
- Program: New Fashion Hair Salon appointment texts — a confirmation when you book (time, stylist, address and our contact number), a reminder the day before your appointment, and notices if your booking time or stylist changes.
- How you join: by ticking the optional, unticked SMS checkbox on our booking form. Consent is not a condition of booking or purchase.
- Frequency: about 2–3 messages per booking.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out: reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. You will get one message confirming you have been unsubscribed. Reply START to join again.
- Help: reply HELP, call (217) 729-6168, or email newfashionhairsalon616@gmail.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Your information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
